Krista is a quasi-creative organism, producing "art" in the form of both words and images during unpredicatible spurts of inspiration that seem to occur at the most inoppurtune moments and not nearly as frequently as she would like. In the literary sphere she has at least one leg to stand on, as in college she double majored in both English Literature and Philosophy and graduated magna cum laude (indicating that, at the very least, she can bullshit with the best of them). She is not entirely self-taught in the visual arts, having taken studio art, comic illustation, and portfolio development courses throughout her high school years. In the ensuing years she could be considered "self-improved," somehow managing to freakishly pull off decent paintings without really knowing what she's doing. She loves to read, her favorite genre being classical fantasy (The Lord of the Rings is her bible and she reads it once a year), but also enjoys reading canon literature. Her favorite authors are Tolkien and Nietzsche and she enjoys the confused looks on people's faces when she tells them this. Krista also enjoys searching for and listening to obscure or unusual music, and jealously guards her finds as well as her sources. If you search the right events, she may often be found skulking in a darker-than-usual corner of the local goth clubs, prefering to watch the spectacle (and her drunk and amusing friends) rather than join in the madness. She prefers to keep to herself, and as such this journal is likely to be a bit light in content. All in all, Krista is boring and hates writing bios. (It should also be noted that she doesn't normally speak in the third person.)
